In the end of April we had a visit from a delegation from the Protestant Regional Church in Rhineland. The delegates were the referant of the Church, Mr. Rafael Nikodemus, and board member, Mr. Lukas Schrumpt.
This Church is helping a lot in some of our key projects. They support one of the offices for returnees, the vocational training to stop the illegal migration, and a collection of churches in Rheinland are donating money for the farm as a working place for people with disabilities.
The delegation was also accompanied by Mr. Carsten Stumpenhorst, the director of Diakonie in the region of Trier, Germany. We are cooperating with Diakonie Trier for the Psychosocial Center for Trauma Therapy, which is financed by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Bread for the World.
The delagation visited all our units, and were updated about the running of the projects they are helping to support.
We are immensely thankful for their help.
