On November 29th, we held our cherished Christmas Market, organized in cooperation with the German Embassy in Kosovo.
The official opening was conducted by the German Ambassador to Kosovo, Mr. Rudolph together with Mr. Baumgarten Executive director and Ms. Shabani Youth Center coordinator.
Mr. Ambassador expressed his support and appreciation for our work and commitment to the community.
The festive atmosphere was enriched by the music group from Germany, “Vokalgruppe VIP”, who brought beautiful harmonies and holiday spirit.
As every year, we offered our traditional Christmas specialties: hot wine, Diakonie raki, sausages, waffles, and many other flavors enjoyed by our visitors.
The event was further brightened by cultural performances:
The traditional Albanian dance group “Shqipet e Vogla”
The modern dance group from the Roma Ashkali and Egyptian community of Fushë Kosova, bringing rhythm and vibrant energy
Citizens, families, partners, and friends of Diakonie Kosova joined us, turning this day into a joyful celebration.
