On 01.12, the students of the culinary course underwent the final practical test. The process was carried out with complete success and the results were very encouraging for the work and dedication of our students. We would like to thank our commissioners from the bottom of our hearts for the contribution and professionalism shown during the evaluation: Prof. Sadik Maqedonci, Director of the Department of Hospitality and Gastronomy, for his continuous commitment and support in the development of this field; Lulzim Sylejmani, Head of the Regional Hospitality and Tourism Unit in Kosovo, for his active participation and valuable professional assessments. Their contribution and qualifications help our kitchen to produce skilled, prepared and passionate chefs for the profession. A special thank you also goes to Caritas Kosova, who through the “YourJob” project supported our students in financing their training and professional development.
